Our story
A DIFFERENT KIND OF COFFEE SUPPLIER
Authenticity Coffee was founded in 2026 by café owner Bink Bowler and coffee industry operator Reuben Thorne with a simple idea — wholesale coffee should be high quality, freshly roasted, and fairly priced. After years working in and around cafés, they saw a gap in the market for a supplier that understands the challenges operators face today. Authenticity was built to offer a streamlined, cost-effective model that supports cafés with great coffee, simple pricing, and the option to make the coffee brand entirely their own.
We keep things simple — great coffee, roasted fresh, at a fair and transparent price. Our house blend Cheerful is poured daily in busy cafés, restaurants, bars, food trucks and offices, proving that quality coffee doesn’t have to come with inflated prices. With straightforward blanket pricing we cut the unnecessary overheads and pass the savings directly to you — just solid coffee at a solid price.
Located in the car park at the Colombo Mall is our HQ café with an on-site roastery in view of the café. We are open 7 days, 8am - 5pm.
